Remo is the Roman pizza experience distilled: thin, blistered, slightly charred crust served on paper-topped marble tables in a loud, brightly lit room where families and students compete for seats. The suppli al telefono β deep-fried rice balls that stretch into mozzarella strings when pulled apart β are the mandatory starter. Pizza toppings lean traditional: fiori di zucca, potato and rosemary, classic margherita.
