Street Art Ostiense
Rome's first legalised street art district occupies the post-industrial blocks between Via Ostiense and the Tiber, where disused factories and warehouse walls became canvases for internationally recognised artists. Via del Porto Fluviale is the main artery, home to Blu's enormous 'Thousand Faces' mural addressing homelessness, Iena Cruz's air-purifying eco-mural (Europe's largest), and JB Rock's pop-culture 'Wall of Fame'. The art is free, outdoor, and constantly evolving. You can walk the circuit in 90 minutes, and there are bars and trattorias woven between the murals for natural pit stops.
